Many people buy and store energy drinks, sports drinks, etc. thinking they consist of low-calorie sweeteners. However, don’t make such a mistake of staying hydrated using these artificially sweetened drinks. These bottles are full of calories, sugars, preservatives, that will not do wonders to your body but will make you exceed your daily calories and will spike your blood sugar levels. So, stay away from all these foods and work hard to live the lifestyle that you have chosen.
